Joining

When the showing choice system is released in a particular MLS market, the staff of that MLS will configure a showing vendor's account and applications. They'll work with the vendor to certify that they're interacting with a staging instance of the Hub properly, and then enable their account on the production hub.

Registration Permission

When you request to register your "ownership" of one of your user's listings, the Hub routes your request to the MLS to accept or deny. The exact process and mechanism by which the MLS makes this decision is up to them, but the three lauch MLSs plan to stand up a portal page where members will communicate which showing platfomr they're working with, and allow only that application to register listings.
